How the buyer split the order, next to what customers actually bought:
Formulas
Colour sold ÷ All soldShare of sold − Plan mixKey points
Plan mixHow the buyer split the order: 40% Black, 35% Navy, 25% Sage.
Share of soldBlack: 490 ÷ 1,000 = 0.49.
The gapBlack: 49% − 40% = +9 points, so it was under-bought.
Next orderMove the next buy towards what sold, then check again after a few weeks.
Plus means under-bought, minus means over-bought. The gap is what turns a sell-through report into a buying decision.
