The idea

Every plan assumes orders arrive when promised. On-time delivery % checks how often they do:

Formulas

On time ÷ Orders × 100

Key points

On-time delivery %The share of orders that arrived on time. Often called OTD.
Work it outDivide orders delivered on time by total orders, then multiply by 100.
Read itMany businesses expect 90% or more. Below that, plans can't rely on the supplier.

On-time delivery tells you which suppliers your plans can trust.

Practice

Try each one in your head first, then open the answer.
